Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and buy as a consumer, the law lets you withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. In the UK this is called the right to cancel. This page explains how, and has the official forms you can use. Our refund policy gives you more time, and it applies as well.

What applies to your purchase

AceMoney Studio licenses

An AceMoney Studio license is digital content that we deliver as soon as you pay. At checkout, you are asked to confirm:

“I agree to the Terms and the Refund Policy, and I expressly request that my license be delivered immediately; I acknowledge that I thereby lose my 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK).”

With that consent, your right of withdrawal ends once your license has been delivered. Our 30-day refund policy still applies.

AceMoney Cloud subscriptions

The right of withdrawal applies in full: you can withdraw within 14 days of your order and get back everything you paid. Our refund policy goes further.

The AceMoney Studio-Cloud Bundle

The bundle holds an AceMoney Studio license and AceMoney Cloud’s first year. The license follows the first rule above, and AceMoney Cloud the second.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MechCAD Software LLC, 14531 Gainesborough Dr, Orlando, FL 32826, United States, support@mechcad.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
