How AceMoney Cloud sync works

AceMoney Studio on Windows, macOS and Linux, and AceMoney Studio and AceMoney Receipts’ Filing Cabinet on iOS and Android, all connect to one locked ledger in AceMoney Cloud, so a change on one device reaches the others. Bank transactions from Plaid join the same ledger, sealed to your key the moment they arrive; we never store a readable copy. The cloud sees when things change and roughly how much data changed, not what is inside.

What does AceMoney Cloud sync?

Your AceMoney Studio documents, between your computers and with AceMoney Studio Mobile, and your AceMoney Receipts Filing Cabinet, end to end encrypted.

How does it renew?

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each year or month, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time, online. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and AceMoney Cloud keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. It never touches the data on your computer, or an AceMoney Studio license you have bought. See the terms of sale.

What happens when my subscription ends?

AceMoney Cloud stops syncing and disconnects your bank connections. Nothing on your devices is touched, your imported transactions stay, and an AceMoney Studio license you bought is unaffected. Your synced copy, including your Filing Cabinet, stays available to restore for 12 months (resubscribe in that time and you pick up where you left off), and we e-mail you before we delete it.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free AceMoney account, because AceMoney Cloud is tied to it. You sign in, or create one, at checkout. Use the same account you use in the AceMoney apps.

Can I get a refund?

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Each AceMoney Cloud renewal can be refunded too, within 30 days of that payment. See the refund policy.
