Refund policy

This policy covers purchases made on this website, and AceMoney Receipts subscriptions bought on the web. It is in addition to any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

30 days, for any reason

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. You don’t need to give a reason.

AceMoney Cloud subscriptions

Every payment has the 30 days above, each renewal included: you can ask for a refund within 30 days of that payment. When a payment is refunded, the subscription ends.

AceMoney Receipts subscriptions bought on the web

An AceMoney Receipts Pro subscription bought on the web, at receipts.acemoney.us, is a web purchase too: you can ask for a refund of each payment within 30 days of that payment.

How to ask

Write to us through support.mechcad.net (opens in a new tab), or email support@mechcad.net. Give your order reference (it is in the subject of your order confirmation email, “Your MechCAD order …”) or the email address you bought with.

How you are refunded

We refund your purchase in full, to the card or PayPal account you paid with. How quickly the money appears is up to your bank or PayPal.

What happens to the license

When a purchase is refunded, its license is revoked. When an AceMoney Cloud payment is refunded, the subscription ends. When an AceMoney Studio-Cloud Bundle is refunded, it’s refunded as a whole: both the license and AceMoney Cloud end. To keep the license and stop AceMoney Cloud, cancel the subscription instead.

Purchases in the app stores

Purchases made inside our mobile apps, such as AceMoney Receipts Pro, are paid to Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply: ask Apple or Google for a refund.
