Delete your AceMoney Receipts data

In the app

Open Settings and choose Delete Account. It deletes your receipts, their images and your account from our cloud, and clears the app’s data on your device.

Without the app

Email support@mechcad.net from the address you sign in with:

• Subject: “Data Deletion Request – AceMoney Receipts”
• Your Firebase user ID, if you know it, or the email address you sign in with
• Whether you want only your data deleted and your account kept, or your data and your account deleted

We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Deletion cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought from Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What other services keep

Crash reports, and data collected by Google’s ads software, are kept by those services under their own retention rules.
